Park Rules

1.Children must be supervised. Please do not allow children to play in the washrooms. We try very hard to provide clean washrooms. Children under 10 must be accompanied to the washrooms by an adult.

2. Children under the age of 12 cannot go to the water park unless they are with a supervising adult. The lifeguards are in charge at all times in the water park. Anyone not obeying the lifeguards, will be asked to leave the park without refund.

3. All children must be at their site no later than 11pm unless acoompanied by a supervising adult.

4. No bicycle riding after dark.

5. Dogs must be leashed at all times, unless they are in the dog run area with their owner. Owners are required to pick-up after their pets using doggie waste bags to be disposed of in the desginated boxes. Dogs cannot be left unattended at the site and cannot go into the water park area. Dogs barking excessively will have to be muzzled or leave the park.

6. During the day, radios must be kept low. If your neighbours can hear it, it is too loud. All music and other noises must cease by 11pm (Sun-Thurs) and 12 midnight (Fri & Sat). You may sit around the campfire at any time provided you maintain a quiet level of conversation.

7. If you bring a golf cart to the resort, it must be electric (NO GAS). Only licensed drivers over the age of 16 are permitted to operate any vehicle. Golf carts must not be used for the enjoyment of children. All rules and speed limits are to be observed.

8. When driving through the park please observe the road and stop signs. There are children throughout the park who may not be aware of vehicles, so please drive slowly and cautiously.

9. It is illegal to dump grey water or sewage onto the ground. Always use a sewer connection. If you don't have a hook-up, you may use our dump station.

10. We only allow environmentally friendly holding-tank chemicals into our system. These can be purchased from an RV store or in our office.

11. Campers are not allowed to set off fireworks without exception. Emerald Lake provides a fireworks display on Canada Day.

12. Campers are not allowed to park on any site other than their own. We allow one vehicle per site with all others to be parked in the designated area. We allow one camping unit per site (i.e. trailer, 5th wheel, motor home, pop-up, or tent).

13. All alcoholic bevarages may only be consumed at your site, which is your home during your stay with us. We do not allow any glass containers in the park; plastic or cans only please. Absolutely no alcohol in the water park.
