Park Rules

Children, Youth, Guests & Pets

Emerald Lake is a Family Resort which welcomes children of all ages.  All children and youths must be supervised by an adult.   We will not take bookings from individuals under the age of 25 years of age unless authorized prior to arrival.  Pets are the responsibility of their owners and the persons who rented the site.  We do not allow any pets to attend the Waterpark.  They must be supervised and never left alone to bother other campers.  Only people friendly and “other pet friendly” pets may come to our campsites.  Emerald Lake reserves the right to terminate a booked holiday for any behavioral violations without refund. 

Emerald Lake will not give your information to someone that arrives at our office to visit you UNLESS you have made prior arrangements at our office.  All guests must pay the normal gate fees to visit your site.   You are responsible for the behavior of your guests.  Any guest that wishes to stay over at your site must register WITH YOU present with them at our office to provide necessary information to gain a Parking TAG.

Cancellations

RV Site Rentals/Tent sites:

Any reservation cancelled within 14 days of scheduled arrival will loose deposit made. If you made a full payment on your site and cancelled it within 14 days - the applicable deposit will be taken from the payment and the balance returned to the card used to make the deposit. EXCEPT for no-shows – no refund will be made if a camper does not check-in on their arrival date or give us prior notice that they will not be arriving. Any reservation cancelled with over 14 days notice will be charged a Cancellation fee ($16.00) plus appropriate taxes and then the balance will be returned to the card that the deposit was made on. If camper does not check in on the first day of their scheduled booking for a long weekend – we reserve the right to rent that site the following day, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Rules and Regulations

While visiting our resort you are responsible to abide by all rules and regulations. Non-compliance may result in your eviction from the park. Should this happen no refunds will be issued. Under no circumstances will Emerald Lake RV Resort and Waterpark be liable for any loss or damage to any of our guest’s personal property, including their vehicles, jewellery, personal effects or any other valuables including currency. Parents are responsible for the care and actions of their children and pets at all times. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE WATERPARK AREA. All customers and guests using Emerald Lake facilities do so at their own risk. CAR TAGS must be displayed at all times in the front window of each camper’s vehicle.

Alcohol and glass containers are not permitted in our Waterpark.  Campers may only have alcohol at their sites, it may not travel off their sites.  NO GLASS containers are allowed at camp sites at any time.
