The following outlines our cancellation and reservation charges.

There is a non-refundable reservation fee of $8.00 added to each reservation, deposits must be made using a valid Visa or Mastercard belonging to one of the persons registered to the site. Cancellations and changes may be made up to 14 days prior to arrival by calling 1-905-659-7923 or 1-800-679-1853. When a reservation is cancelled there will be a Cancellation fee of $14.00 + GST charged. The deposit will be lost if a reservation is not cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.
