Is there an age requirement for making reservations at your resort?
We are strictly family camping, so we do not take reservations for groups or individuals younger than 25. |
How many people are allowed on a campsite?
Our campsites are based on 2 adults & 2 kids between the ages of 3 & 17. Children under 3 are free. Extra children will be charged accordingly. Extra adults mean adult children, parents or grandparents and will also be charged accordingly, as our rates do include the use of the water park.

What time is check in and what time must I check out?
For our trailer and tenting sites check in times are between 1 pm and 8 pm on the date of your arrival and check out time is sharp at 11am. For our cabin & cottage rentals, check in time is between 3 pm and 8 pm on the date of your arrival, and check out time is 11.am sharp.

If I am unable to check in before 8pm on the day of my reservation, do I have to make special arrangements with the office prior to my arrival?
Yes. Please notify the reservation office of any check in's later than 8pm. If you do not notify us, we will assume that you are not coming that day and the gate will be closed.

One vehicle is included in your site fee and registration package. Any additional vehicles are $6.00 per weekend, and all vehicles must display car passes on their dash boards.

What services do you provide on your campsite?
All of our RV sites offer full hook-up (sewer, electric & water). Most of our sites are 60' x 40' and are all both 30 & 50 amp service. We also have a dumping station close to the office. Our tenting sites are both serviced (15 amp electrical & water), and un-serviced (no water or electricity). All of our sites come with a fire pit and picnic table.

What do you provide in your basic cabins & what should I bring?
Our basic cabins are 10' x 17' & come equipped with 1 queen bed, 1 set of bunks, bar fridge, prep counter, heater, kettle & fan. Outside – 2 chairs on the porch, a charcoal BBQ, fire pit & picnic table. You need to bring linens or sleeping bags, pillows, dishes, cutlery and anything else that isn't listed that you would usually bring to go tent camping- minus the tent - Wash rooms and showers are nearby.

What do you provide in your up-graded cabin & what should I bring?
Our upgraded cabin is 10' x 24' and comes equipped with 1 queen bed, 2 sets of bunks, full size fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, indoor kitchen sink with hot and cold running water, table & 4 chairs, dishes & cutlery. Outside – 4 chairs on the porch, propane BBQ, fire pit & picnic table. You bring linens or sleeping bags & pillows.

What do you provide in your deluxe cabin & what should I bring?
The deluxe cabin includes a queen bed, separate room for kids with 1 set of bunk beds, a table & 4 chairs, prep counter with small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, heat, air conditioning and a 4 piece bathroom. Two chairs on the porch, a fire pit & a charcoal BBQ.
You need to bring your own linens, pillows, towels & toiletries.

What do you provide in the cottage and what should I bring?
The cottage is very equipped. It has 2 bedrooms, one at each end of the cottage, a master bedroom with a queen bed and dresser and a door that opens onto the deck. The second bedroom has a set of bunks for the children. There is a 4 piece bathroom, an open concept kitchen, living room & dining room. The kitchen has a full size fridge, counter with sink, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, table & chairs and there is a futon in the living room that will sleep 2. Double French doors open onto a private deck that has a covered BBQ area and a propane BBQ with side burner, a picnic table and 4 chairs, and a private yard with a fire pit.
What you need to bring are, clothes, food & toiletries.

May I bring an electric stove to use in the cabin?
We do not allow any cooking (other than microwave) in any of our rental units, because of the possible fire hazard as well as the transfer of odours into the wood. We do supply you with a BBQ. We thank you in advance for your co-operation.

May I bring my pet?
Pets are allowed on our tent & RV sites providing that they are people & other animal friendly. They must be leashed at all times and you must clean up/pick up after your pets. Pets are not permitted in the water park area, which includes the lake. Pets should never be left alone at your campsite and excessive barking will not be tolerated. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS OF ANY KIND IN ANY OF OUR RENTAL UNITS.

Do you charge a reservation Fee?
Yes. Our reservation fee is $10.00 for each booking.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy for RV and tenting:- If you cancel outside of 14 days, of your arrival, you will receive all monies back less an administration fee of $25.00 + hst. If you cancel within 8 to 14 days, of your arrival, the cancellation fee is $50.00 + hst. Should you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS at all. Once the vacation has begun, there are NO REFUNDS.
Our cancellation policy for our rental units:- Should you cancel outside of 21 days of your arrival, there will be a cancellation fee of $50.00 + hst. If you cancel between 8 & 20 days of your arrival, the fee is $100.00 + hst. Cancelling within 7 days of your arrival will result in the loss of all monies paid. NO REFUNDS. Once the vacation has begun, there are NO REFUNDS.
